Brooksville, Fla. (July 28, 2022) – HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital will offer a free community health seminar titled, “Osteoarthritis: Oh, my aching joints!” on Wednesday, August 31 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the GME Conference Center, located at 11307 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34613 (one-story building) on the hospital’s campus.
Dr. Joseph Borrelli, board-certified orthopedic surgeon, will discuss the causes, symptoms and treatments available for osteoarthritis. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an estimated 58.5 million U.S. adults have arthritis, and managing arthritis symptoms is important to reduce pain, prevent or delay disability, and improve overall quality of life.
The presentation will be followed by a questions-and-answers session. Participants are encouraged to prepare their questions ahead of time.
