July 28, 2022 by Post

Hill Ward Henderson is proud to announce that shareholder Carolina Y. Blanco has been selected to participate in Leadership Tampa’s Class of 2023

Founded and managed by the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa is a leadership group comprised of approximately 50 dynamic and diverse professionals who serve in leadership roles within their organization, and who have demonstrated concern for community issues and volunteered their time with service and professional organizations.

Members of Leadership Tampa participate in educational sessions, tours, and candid conversations with community leaders on a variety of topics over the intensive ten-month program. The program agendas bring in top-level business, civic, and government leaders for an interactive and behind the scenes look at Tampa.

Blanco’s practice covers an array of commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, with experience representing clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including fraud, intentional torts, and contract disputes. She also has experience defending companies in products liability matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Blanco serves as outside counsel for healthcare entities needing assistance with physician credentialing issues, peer review disputes, revocation of physician privileges, reporting requirements, and hospital-conducted administrative hearings.

Blanco also volunteers for Prospera, an organization dedicated to helping Hispanic entrepreneurs grow their businesses. She is fully bilingual and serves as counsel for several Hispanic business-owners in the Tampa Bay area.
