Increasing the rate of homeownership in the University Area community is a significant component of our Neighborhood Transformation Strategy. Partnerships with organizations like R.E.A.C.H., who provide these homebuyer education classes at no cost, are a great fit for UACDC to equip our residents with the needed knowledge and support to achieve the dream of homeownership.”
