River Bend Business Park, a 200,000 sq. ft. business park north of the Anclote River at 502 Brady Road, broke ground in 2021 and is nearly full. The business park has sold 14 sites, six are pending, and only four sites are available. There is a demonstrated need for more industrial parks, and the City is among few municipalities in the County that has open space for new employment opportunities.
