ORLANDO — The Central Florida Chapter of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) will present their Mid-Year Update Wednesday June 8 at Country Club of Orlando with local experts who want to merge ideas on how to bring more college students into the rewarding field of commercial and investment real estate.
The event begins at 8:30 a.m. and will feature real estate entrepreneur John Crossman, CCIM, CEO of Crossman Career Builders who will moderate panel discussions by local top commercial real estate experts and higher education leaders.
Chris Cucci, CCIM of Climate First Bank, Chuck Hollis, CCIM, Third Wave Development, and Casey Barnes, CEO, Orlando Economic Partnership will discuss current trends in the Central Florida real estate market.
Sheila Potts, CCIM, Professor of Real Estate at University of Central Florida; Diedre A. Keller, Esq., Dean of the Florida A&M University College of Law and Angela Mendolaro, Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Valencia Community College Foundation, will discuss how the CCIM Institute can get involved in higher education.
