Local REALTORS® Coming Together to Support the Community at REALTOR® Day

SARASOTA, Fla. (May 12, 2022) – The RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation (RRCF) of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) is hosting the 1st Annual REALTOR® Day: Name Your Game event on May 19, 2022. Local REALTORS® are bringing the community together for a full day of activities while supporting the RRCF mission of enhancing the quality of life in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

REALTOR® Day: Name Your Game features different sporting events followed by an after party. The event will host a walk-a-thon in the morning and simultaneous golf, tennis and pickleball tournaments during the afternoon. All skill levels are welcome, and tickets are open to members of the public.

The proceeds from the event benefit the RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation which financially supports three key areas: local housing-related organizations, scholarships for college students, and REALTORS® faced with unexpected financial hardship. In its inaugural year of 2021, the Foundation donated more than $56,000 to scholarship recipients and local housing-related charities including Habitat for Humanity in both Sarasota and Manatee counties, Heroes Welcome Home, and the Everyday Blessings Springboard Program.

REALTOR® Day Event Details:

  • Walk-a-Thon is hosted from 8 – 11 a.m. at Nathan Benderson Park. $35 per walker.
  • Golf Tournament will be from noon – 5 p.m. at Palm Aire Country Club. Tickets are $185 per golfer and include access to the after party.
  • Tennis or Pickleball Tournaments will be from 1 – 5 p.m. at Palm Aire Country Club Tickets are $100 per player and include access to the after party.
  • After Party starts after the tournaments and ends at 8 p.m. at Palm Aire Country Club. Tickets are $50.
