Heretick Took Home Number One in Regional General Brokerage
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Vector Commercial Real Estate Agent Michael Heretick had a 2021for the record books, and he now has three Pinnacle Awards gracing his office bookshelf to prove it.
In addition to securing the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtor’s (FGCAR) Top Regional General Brokerage Award, Heretick also took home Number Three in Regional Industrial and Number Three in Regional Office as well as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award.
“Mike had a great year and we are all thrilled for his success,” said Vector Broker Ned Willis.
In particular, Heretick closed a $10.5 million Industrial deal when he sold the former Raytheon land at 1501 72nd St. N. in St. Petersburg. He also closed a $4 million office deal and a $4.2 million investment deal.

Heretick has more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began working with Vector
