Tampa, FL (April 27, 2022) – Tampa based land brokerage, Eshenbaugh Land Company, took home numerous awards last Thursday night at the annual 2021 FGCAR Pinnacle Awards night. In the “Regional Land” category, Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM, was awarded as the #1 Top Producer, Ryan Sampson, ALC, CCIM, awarded as the #2 Top Producer, and Chris Bowers, CCIM, awarded as the #3 Top Producer.
Bill and Ryan were also awarded the coveted “Deal of the Year” award for their hard work and efforts behind their $52 million dollar deal for an 875± acre site in Pasco County.
“It was a long journey over the years with challenges along the way. We helped facilitate 2 cattle leases and 1 sod lease to help generate income for the agriculture greenbelt provision. It was a pleasure to represent and work with Kingsley Asset Management LLC to create the largest tract sale for these uses along I-75 and SR 52 in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Hernando counties,” said Eshenbaugh. This will be developed into the major employment center along I-75 in Pasco County.
It didn’t stop there for Eshenbaugh Land Company as they ended the night by taking home the prestigious, “Brokerage of The Year” award. 2021 has been an incredible year for our team of brokers that also consists of: Michael Strahan, ALC, CCIM, MAB, Jack Koehler, ALC, CCIM, Chase Collier, CCIM, Mark Kercher, and Tyler Woody.
In accepting this award Bill notes, “This was truly a team recognition for their amazing work.” He also accredited much of the success to the education via the CCIM and ALC courses for the Dirt Dog team members.
