Through the launch of the DD Wealth Building 401K Profit Sharing Plan, team members received a match of up to 10% of their salaries after DeAngelis Diamond celebrated a successful year of revenue growth in 2021. The DD Wealth Builder plan allows DD team members to receive a guaranteed match of up to 6% of their salary regardless of company profits and an additional discretionary match of up to 4% is provided based on company profits, combining for a potential total of up to 10% of a team member’s salary.
