The landmark 600 N Cattlemen, just north of Fruitville Road has been sold for $19,000,000. The sellers, Griffin Development, LLC owned the building and tenants include Concentra Urgent Care, Sarasota Vascular Specialists and Florida Cancer Specialists. The Hembree & Associates agent, Michael Hollander, represented the buyer, HTA-600 Cattlemen, and Joe C. Hembree represented the sellers.
