PETE BEACH, FL – The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce will host its Annual Tourism Luncheon Wednesday, May 5th at the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort (5500 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, FL). This event gathers tourism executives and industry professionals to learn about the latest travel trends, tips and challenges. This year, the main topic of discussion will be Improving Quality of Life through Tourism.
The speaker on this topic will be Dr. Jonathon Day. Dr. Day has over 30 years of experience in tourism management. He is an internationally recognized sustainable tourism expert and an Associate Professor in Purdue’s White Lodging – J.W. Marriott, Jr School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
