April 17, 2022 by Post

Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital to Brighten the Day for Patients

St. Petersburg, Fla. (April 14, 2022) – Daniel Tiger and Baker Aker, from PBS’ popular television show, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live!, will be making a special visit to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital on April 15, as part of an on-going community outreach program initiated by Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts. These loveable characters from the Neighborhood of Make-Believe will be dropping in to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital at 12 p.m.

This visit is extra special to those involved. Daniel Tiger last visited Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in 2020, and everyone is very excited to have Daniel Tiger return as one of the first characters to visit the Hospital in over two years.

Amy Miller, President of Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, is proud to be able to assist with this visit.  “We are excited to be able to once again get out into the community with our performers and spread some happiness to our neighbors!” Daniel Tiger and his friends will perform at the Duke Energy Center for the Arts – Mahaffey Theater on Friday, April 15 as part of their Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live! Tour.

If you are interested in joining us to capture the magic of this visit, please reach out to Venue Contact, Kaylee Walker for further details.
