Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys to the firm, David Keel, Zoila Lahera and Michael Farr.
Keel is a senior counsel in the firm’s Construction & Design group. His practice primarily involves the preparation of design and construction contracts and litigation of claims relating to development, design and construction. Keel’s litigation experience involves lien foreclosure litigation, delay claims, breach of contract claims, construction defect claims, and payment and performance bond claims. He is also well-versed in defending clients against OSHA citations as well as matters before the Construction Industry Licensing Board (“CILB”). Keel earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, and his undergraduate degree from Auburn University.
Lahera is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Litigation group. Her practice focuses on general commercial matters and litigation, including real estate, land use, zoning issues, and trust and estate disputes. Lahera earned her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law where she was a member of the Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of South Florida.
Farr is an associate in the firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures and partnerships, as well as, general corporate advice. Farr attended Boston University School of Law and while in law school, he obtained his LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
