The report documents new business openings, development projects, incentive grant activity, and commercial and residential projects. Welcome New Businesses: Conworld’s Emporium and Sodaworks Conworld’s Emporium and Sodaworks are two of the newest businesses to open in the City. Located Downtown at 9 S. Pinellas Ave., offers “flavored” sodas, boba teas, lemonade, and energy drinks. They specialize in custom sodas with more than 40 flavor combinations, and were recently featured on ABC Action News. Business Spotlight: Bohemian Gypsea One of the more eclectic and fun boutiques, Bohemian Gypsea, recently expanded into a new location at 12 W. Orange St. and is receiving rave reviews. The metaphysical gift and crystal store offers jewelry, essential oils, crystals, Delta products, books, clothing and more. The owner, Ginger Alemaghides, created the business in memory of her mother’s spirit for the sea, earth, and travel. Shoppers will find products that nourish a healthy spirit. Incentive Grants Helping Businesses Grow and Succeed The four incentive grants available to businesses in the CRA have leveraged more than $4 million in private investment over the past several years.
