Pinellas County February Unemployment: 2.8%Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity reports a 2.8% February 2022 Pinellas County February unemployment rate. This rate was .03% lower than the state’s rate of 3.1% and .1% lower than the Tampa MSA’s rate of 2.9% Additionally, the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater MSA saw the highest annual growth rate in financial activities and manufacturing compared to all other metro areas in the state, and the area was tied for the highest annual growth rate in the state for the IT industry sector. |
