St. Petersburg (March 30, 2022) – HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital caregivers are thrilled to partner with the City of South Pasadena at the annual block party this
Saturday, April 2, 11 am – 3 pm, at Bay View Park, 7054 Sunset Drive. Pasadena Hospital nurses are volunteering their time and giving back to the South Pasadena community with free health screens at the HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital tent.
“As caregivers, we are here to take care of our neighbors in the community during a time of need,” said Susan Laber, Chief Nursing Officer, HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital. “Over the last couple years, the pandemic has pushed health into the spotlight. It’s important to use moments like these to improve health education and awareness. I’m so proud of our caregivers who jumped at the chance to help empower individuals in our community to live healthier lives.”
The city of South Pasadena has organized this fun, family-friendly event with a car and boat show, food trucks, live music, activities for children, and more. Individuals interested in a free health screen can visit the HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital tent anytime during the event. No appointments are required.
