What Are the Best New Slot Games of 2022?

March 28, 2022 by Post

According to the latest count, around twenty thousand reel-spinning games are floating around the Web, available for play at various sites. This time last year, this figure stood at eighteen thousand. Thus, more than two thousand online slots have hit the internet within the previous 365-day calendar period.

What is even more stunning is that the rate with which developers produce and release titles in this genre seems to be growing year on year. Below, we present a quick breakdown of the best new slots to hit the digital sphere in the first quarter of 2022, from the hundreds of novel releases that have made their way onto internet casino game lobbies so far this year.

777 Rainbow Respins

Crazy Tooth Studio is a software company based out of Reno, Nevada, founded by programmer Ben Hoffman in 2011. Yet, they only have less than twenty reel-spinners to their name. In 2019, Crazy Tooth signed an agreement with Microgaming to provide games for operators partnered with this legendary provider. In February 2021, they unleashed 777 Rainbow Respins, a leprechaun-themed product that is a reskin of their popular 777 Mega Deluxe slot. It features a novel four-reel, seven-row format, and 127 paylines.

Raging Rex 2

Play’n Go is an interactive gaming service stalwart that has been around since 1997. It originally got up and running in Växjö, Sweden, operating as a subcontracting company producing casino software. Play’n Go’s main claim to fame is that this is the brand behind Riche Wilde, online gambling’s favorite adventurer. On March 17th, they released Raging Rex 2, a sequel to their 2019 dinosaur slot of the same name. Raging Rex 2 has the same RTP as its predecessor, but it boasts a max win of 30,000x a player’s stake.

Cash Mine

The Skywind Group is a game developer with offices in the Isle of Man that has steadily been churning out slots for over a decade. They have close to three hundred titles in their gaming arsenal, and at the time of writing, their most played one is Cash Mine. Unvailed in mid-March, it features a modest RTP of 94.5% but has a max exposure setting of 300x, which paired with a max bet of $100 is super impressive.

Beast Mode

Relax Gaming used to be a company best known for its RNG iterations of traditional table classics. That perception is a thing of yonder, as over the past couple of years, Relax titles like Money Train 2 and Temple Tumble Megaways have entered the top one hundred rankings upon their debuts and have stayed there ever since. Now, Beast Mode, a collaborative effort with the CasinoGrounds streaming community, seeks to do the same. It appeared on gambling sites in late February with a win potential of 25,000x.

Gigantoonz

Here is another Play’n Go product, the third in their Reactoonz franchise. Unfortunately, Gigatoonz features the lowest potential winning payout in the series so far, at 4,000x, which is rather disappointing. Still, its cluster pay system makes this game, released in January, super fun to play.
