Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a Manatee and Sarasota-based master-planned community developer, welcomes four new team members to its land development team. At the management level, Andy Richardson will serve as senior land development manager and David Goben will serve as accounting and financial manager. In addition, Daniel Johnson will serve as staff accountant and Anthony Goodrich will serve as accounts payable/receivables associate.
These new hires come as Neal Land & Neighborhoods continues construction and development progress and plans for future new communities.

As senior land development manager, Richardson will oversee construction operations at North River Ranch and upcoming projects as well as manage project budgets and site preparation for development and delivery of finished homesites. He brings over 25 years of construction and development experience to his position, including project management, financial analysis, entitlement, and business development. In previous roles, Richardson has led all facets of land development and has completed numerous single-family and multi-family residential developments throughout Southwest Florida.
In his role as accounting and financial manager, Goben will manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including implementing new policies, budgeting, and financials. He brings over 30 years of experience in accounting for retail, residential and commercial properties and has worked with well-established real estate management and investment businesses. He previously served as portfolio controller for a property management company, preparing and approving closing statements for 1,000+ residential units.
Johnson will provide support for daily accounting and financial operations in his role as staff accountant, which includes assisting with budgeting processes and reconciling accounts. He holds experience in handling budget preparation, producer commissions, and bank reconciliations among other duties.
As accounts payables/receivables associate, Goodrich will provide day-to-day management of payments, expenditures, and other clerical accounting support for the company. For the past 14 years, he worked in various roles for a contracting firm, including accounts payable and as an assistant operations manager. In these roles, he assisted with sub-contractor vendors and maintained payment schedules.
At North River Ranch, Brightwood neighborhood land development is progressing at a steady pace in its current phase, with builders expected to start home construction later this spring. Wildleaf neighborhood development is close to delivering the first phase of homesites to Neal Communities.
