Spring Hill, Florida (March 14, 2022) – Recently a local physician was on call at a local hospital when he was required to provide emergency services for two patients. The insurance company involved refused to pay the physician for services. This would result in thousands of dollars in fees for the patient.
Negotiations to resolve the medical claim payment with the insurance company were not favorable to the patient and provider so Brian Brijbag filed suit to protect the insurance company’s own insured as well as the medical provider.
Attorney Brijbag’s experience includes owning and operating his own medical clinics. This gives him decades of direct experience mastering multiple levels of the medical field and dealing with the insurance companies.
The court case was decided against the insurance company and for the physician and patient. It included full fees plus interest and attorney’s fees.
