United Way Suncoast Seeks Volunteers for Annual ‘Week of Caring’

March 10, 2022 by Post

United Way Suncoast has volunteer opportunities for community members across its five-county footprint.

United Way Suncoast welcomes community members to sign up and volunteer during its 30th annual Week of Caring April 3-9. Staged in conjunction with Global Volunteer Month, Week of Caring celebrates the power of people who tackle society’s greatest challenges, and build stronger, more vibrant communities through volunteerism and everyday actions.
Between now and March 25, individuals or groups of coworkers, friends or church members can sign up. Either way, you will join thousands of individuals across our five-county footprint (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto) in making a difference, removing barriers, and providing critical support to those who need it most. In-person and virtual/remote opportunities also are available.
Individually we are strong, but together we are united in teamwork and collaboration and are unstoppable in creating life-changing, exponential impact.
If you need assistance selecting a project or have any questions, contact our team at projects@uwsuncoast.org.
