VENICE, FL (February 22, 2022) – Gulf Coast Community Foundation has announced the promotion of Kelly Carlstein to Vice President of Brand Strategy. Carlstein previously served as the Director of Strategic Marketing and Public Relations for over three years, and launched Gulf Coast’s 25th anniversary campaign and brand. She will lead the public relations and communications efforts that enhance and position the Gulf Coast brand across the region.

Before joining Gulf Coast, Carlstein served at Healthcare Corporation of America’s (HCA) Blake Medical Center where she worked on the marketing and public relations team and was involved in marketing strategy, campaign launches, events, and community sponsorship and engagement. At Gulf Coast, Carlstein has lead digital and traditional marketing strategies and innovative storytelling in coordination with donors and community partners. She will be growing the impact of Gulf Coast’s brand through new strategy and operational growth.
