Grand Opening Event Set for February 26th for New Wealth CoLab
TAMPA, FLORIDA — A full day open house featuring networking, food trucks, DJs, vendors, and special guests is planned for Saturday, February 26th to formally open New Wealth CoLab. The site at 4007 North Taliaferro Avenue in Tampa is the area’s first real estate collaborative where investors can work and network in a workspace that will also provide forward facing education for NFTs and blockchain in additional to traditional programming.
USA Portfolio Real Estate President and Founder Brandon Middleton said, “This is a unique opportunity for the Tampa Bay community both real estate-wise as well as for the rapidly emerging blockchain sector. I’m excited for the event on the 26th as well as what lies ahead for the activity that this facility will see, including what we intend to provide there for real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and the community at large.”
Middleton noted that his USA Portfolio Real Estate firm moved into the building over a year ago and purchased it in November and now is devoting 7,000 square feet for the New Wealth CoLab. Putting a priority on giving back to the community, he also said that they will be partnering with the Tampa Bay Crisis Center, a nod towards the challenging upbringing in Los Angeles that he overcame.
The first part of the grand opening event will begin with invitation only attendees for professionals already in the USA Portfolio Real Estate network but will give way at 11am to an open house format. The event on the 26th goes until 5pm.
“Existing real estate investors – as well as people interested in becoming investors – who want to grow their business in a collaborative way should plan to be there,” Middleton said. “This will be the go-to place for those in the industry who are unhappy doing things from home, in a vacuum, working harder than they have to, in the strive phase of their business, and wanting to take the next step.”
He added that real estate-related professionals are welcome too, citing title companies, attorneys, contractors, and real estate agents specifically.
USA Portfolio Real Estate has already been running classes and, with the skyrocketing interest in NFTs, intends to continue offering such.
