Leah Vickers is an associate attorney at Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, where her practice focuses on residential real estate transactions. Leah earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and subsequently earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. During law school, Leah was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy and worked as a legal intern for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Before joining Berlin Patten Ebling, Leah began her legal career as a claims attorney for a national title insurance underwriter.
Leah enjoys being involved in various professional organizations in Tampa, such as the University Club of Tampa and Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay. In her spare time, Leah enjoys hanging out with her dog Beaux and cheering on the Florida Gators.
Berlin Patten Ebling’s practice focuses on real estate legal and settlement services, specifically including residential and commercial real estate transactions/closings, developer representation, lender representation, landlord/tenant matters, site plan and construction permitting, real property related litigation, and loss mitigation, including foreclosure representation. In addition to real estate, Berlin Patten Ebling also focuses on business transactions, estate planning, injury/wrongful death, family law and tax law.
