U.S. law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce the election of attorney André Sesler as a new Partner in the Tampa office effective January 1, 2022.
André Sesler is a civil litigator who advises insurers and policyholders on insurance coverage and claim-related issues. His extensive litigation experience includes the defense of clients in areas of professional liability, product liability, health care, premises liability, general liability defense, as well as claims of negligence, strict liability, first and third-party bad faith, and wrongful death.
Sesler is the current Secretary of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) Board of Directors. He is admitted in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida. André holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a B.S., cum laude, from the University of South Florida. He joined Hinshaw as an Associate in 2020.
