It is highly recommended to diagnose if your hardware device has any faults. Sometimes when our hardware devices start to lag or there seem to be glitches – after checking if your hardware is fine – you should also check if your device driver is up to date.  You can update your device driver on your PC, Here is how:

The Device Manager:

  • Go to your settings and look for device manager
  • Now, you can see Mice and other pointing devices
  • Choose the device you are using
  • Right-click on it and tap on the very first option ‘Update Driver’
  • It will give you two options; either to select the driver by browsing the internet or if you have already downloaded a driver on your device you can choose from your system as well
  • You can choose the internet browsing method if you do not have the driver downloaded to your system

However, with both ways, your driver will be updated.

DriverPack Solution:

When you update your driver by using the device driver on your PC, it is considered to be the manual method. As the name suggests, either you will have to search the internet for the driver or you can download it in advance and update it.

Another way to do this is by using the DriverPack Solution tool that is quite famous among people who use driver updaters in order to update their device drivers.

These driver updaters are efficient and can update all your drivers at once instead of you updating each one of them.

DriverPack Solution is very popular because you can download it for online usage alongside offside usage; which, means that you can use this updater when there is no internet connection on your device. The Online updater is good for personal use and the offline is perfect if you are using it for industry, office, or firm. The offline driver is quite difficult to download because it has around 25 GB files and it will take more or less 3 hours to download, depending on your internet speed.

Now we will let you know how you can download it on your device.

  • Go to your Google browser and search for Download Drivers or simply click here https://driverpack.io/en
  • Now scroll down to the option of ‘Other DriverPack Version’
  • You will be given three options to either install it as DriverPack Online, DriverPack Offline Network, or DriverPack Offline
  • You can simply choose whichever method you would like to be installed and simply download it

Once it’s downloaded, you can start the setup process and once it is open it will scan all required downloads and updates on your device. If you do not know how to update drivers you should search about it on internet you will find a lot of guides which will help you.

Finally:

The reason for Mouse only works in BIOS error can have many factors. Most of the time, the hardware error occurs due to the driver problems on your device.
