Hold Thyssen Completes Long Term Lease for 2nd Location of Established Medical Office in St. Cloud
ST. CLOUD — Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, recently completed a five-year lease agreement to assist in the location of a 2nd gen medical office at 524 13th Street off of U.S. 192 in St. Cloud.
Hold Thyssen leasing associates Vikash Mahadeo and Troy Stevens brokered the transaction representing the tenant, Believe Health Care, an established St. Cloud medical practice with a cutting-edge system of connecting patients with their team of medical experts. The tenant will occupy an 1,145 square foot space in the two-unit building where the other occupant is a retail pharmacy.
Believe Health Care anticipates opening of its second location by the end of the year.
The landlord is St. Cloud-based TC Holdings, LLC; a local owner specializing in acquisition of medical office buildings.
