(Bradenton, Fla., Dec. 9, 2021) — Consider a new career in the new year and register for an entry-level real estate sales associate pre-license course at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF). The course will take place 6-9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 31-April 4, at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway, Sarasota. Registration is $349 per person and includes the textbook and the practice exam on Monday, April 11. Visit SCF.edu/Training to register online.
The 63-hour course, facilitated by real estate broker Kelly Repassy of Keller Williams Realty, is required by the state of Florida to earn a real estate license and is a requirement for taking the state exam, which is not included.
