Give back and relax with beginners Taoist Tai Chi class on January 2
WHO: Fenway Hotel and HEW Parlor & Chophouse in Dunedin, Florida
WHAT: Start the New Year off on the right foot with a beginners Taoist Tai Chi class at Fenway Hotel on Sunday, Jan. 2, while supporting a good cause. Beginning at 10 a.m. guests can foster tranquility with smooth continuous movements and relax the mind with breathing exercises on Fenway’s spacious front lawn overlooking St. Joseph Sound. Tickets are just $5.00 and are available now. Proceeds from the class will benefit the Dunedin Cares Food Pantry. Guests are also invited to enjoy brunch at HEW Parlor & Chophouse after the class, with 15% of their check supporting the food bank as well.
The Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA is a charitable organization open to all. People from all ages, backgrounds and walks of life learn, train and practice together. They have diverse reasons and motivations for their involvement, ranging from a simple enjoyment of the Taoist Tai Chi practice, health benefits, a friendly and supportive community or the pursuit of a spiritual path. All are welcome and encouraged to participate as they choose.
