Cushman & Wakefield announced today the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Jetport Commerce Park, an 11-building infill industrial park located in Tampa, Florida.
Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, Rick Colon, and Dominic Montazemi of Cushman & Wakefield, with support from Zachary Eicholtz and Ryan Jenkins, represented the seller, EastGroup Properties, in the transaction. Richland Capital Holdings acquired the property and has retained Lisa Ross and Trey Carswell to oversee leasing.
“Jetport Commerce Park offered a rare opportunity to acquire a small bay industrial park in Tampa‘s Airport submarket which has extremely high barriers to entry,” Brugge said. “With a limited supply of small bay product and strong demand, Jetport’s future prospects are bright.”
Located at 5936-6124 Benjamin Road and 5880-6126 Jetport Industrial Boulevard, the park totals 284,300 square feet. The property is currently 94% leased to a diverse group of tenants that serve the Central Florida region.
