CARVERCON Security Conference returns to the USF Sarasota-Manatee Campus on Nov. 12

SARASOTA, Fla. (Nov. 10, 2021) – Security Management International (SMI), in conjunction with the University of South Florida Office of Veteran Success, will host the CARVER Target Analysis and Vulnerability Assessment Convention (CARVERCON 2021) at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus on Friday, Nov. 12. 

The all-day conference will feature top security experts, including keynote speaker Mark Kelton, former deputy director of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service for Counterintelligence. Kelton will speak about “Counterterrorism in the Post-Afghanistan World.” 

WHAT: CARVERCON 2021 security conference featuring top security and counterterrorism experts from across the nation. WHEN: Friday, Nov. 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Registration at 8 a.m.) 

WHERE: The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus, 8350 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. The conference will take place in the campus’ Selby Auditorium.
