Heflin, has recently joined the firm’s Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Estate Planning Services group in its Marco Island office. Celebrating 50 years serving Southwest Florida, the firm has recently commemorated its growth with an office expansion and ribbon-cutting ceremony in Naples, and a new website.
Heflin obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2008, where he began his professional career in the oil and gas title industry. After a decade in this industry, Heflin went on to pursue law, graduating from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019. With WPL, Heflin handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and closings. He is a member of The Florida Bar in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, as well as the Young Lawyers Section, and the Collier County Bar Association in the Real Estate Section. In his free time, Heflin enjoys staying active with his family, coaching sports, playing golf, fishing and boating.
