Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $9.75M Warehouse Sale

October 16, 2021 by Post

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the sale of a 165,535-square-foot warehouse fully leased to BlueLinx located in Tampa, Florida. The final sale price was $9.75 million.

Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, and Rick Colon of Cushman & Wakefield with support from Zachary Eicholtz and Brooke Tulley arranged the transaction. Federated Equities sold the property to EQT Exeter.

“The BlueLinx property is a rare in-fill industrial property with a significant amount of outside storage which is increasingly valuable in today’s market,” Brugge said.

Located at 815 South 56th Street, the property sits on 20 acres. Built in 1986, the building features 18’ clear heights.
