Builders who are awarded this certification follow a higher standard than required for a State of Florida license. This designation is given to elite homebuilders, remodelers and commercial contractors who are dedicated to excellence in building and client satisfaction. Perrone is one of only 32 builders in Florida and three in Sarasota County to receive a Master Builder certification.
