State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF), in partnership with Ritter Realty LLC, will offer a 63-hour real estate sales associate pre-license course for aspiring real estate professionals. The state of Florida requires this entry-level course to earn a real estate license. Completing the course is also a requirement for taking the state exam, which is not included.
