
Tampa, Fla. – August 24, 2021 – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Troy A. Mainzer joined the firm as an associate in Tampa. He is a member of the firm’s Real Property Litigation Practice.
Carlton Fields’ real property litigation team regularly represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. The attorneys counsel clients including developers, owners, landlords, and tenants, and the team has particularly extensive experience in representing title insurers and their insureds. Carlton Fields also has deep capabilities in real estate transactions and construction and land use matters.
Mainzer represents sophisticated clients in matters involving state and federal law. He handles commercial disputes involving every aspect of the rights and duties associated with real property. In addition to real property matters, his commercial litigation background includes partnership disputes, creditors’ rights, trade secret litigation, and construction litigation.
Earlier in his career, Mainzer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, handling a varied civil litigation caseload. Mainzer earned his J.D. and his B.S. from the University of Florida.
