St. Petersburg, FL — The Mill, a multiple award-winning restaurant that specializes in reimagined American cuisine, is excited to announce a new menu available exclusively at their St. Petersburg location. Inspired by Chef Ted Dorsey’s southern roots, family, and the recipes he grew up with, Chef’s new menu is a culinary love letter to classic southern comfort food.
The centerpiece of the new summer menu is “The Fonzworth Bentley” burger. Named after the famous American rapper, this burger is made with premium wagyu beef, topped with fresh summer truffles imported from Spain, seared foie gras, duck breast bacon, and is presented in a gold leaf wrapped brioche bun. This ultra-luxe meal adds opulence to the new menu, costing $100.
In addition to the new burger, the menu includes a variety of new dishes that highlight unique ingredients and flavor combinations, including plates like their Southern Fried Lobster Tail, Crispy Soft-Shell Crab, and Hazelnut Crusted Rack of Lamb. The menu also offers an assortment of primal cuts meat lovers will obsess over.
“I created a menu that honors my family’s culinary traditions,” said Chef and Managing Partner, Ted Dorsey. “I poured my heart and soul into this menu. It’s been really special reinventing my favorite childhood recipes by adding new ingredients and flavor combinations.”
The menu also features new lunch options, including the “Brunch So Hard,” section where guests can order some of The Mill’s best-selling brunch items all week long. Including their Country Fried Steak, Breakfast Pot Pie, and Lobster and Chorizo Omelet.
