City, CRA Property Values Increase
City property values have risen for the ninth straight year, up 7.30%. All 24 Pinellas County municipalities realized increases in property values ranging from 10.79% in Belleair Bluffs to 2.67% in Oldsmar. Property values in the CRA rose 9.44%, the fifth highest increase of the 14 CRAs in the county.  Click here to see how Tarpon Springs compares with other Pinellas County municipalities.
Fiscal Year 2022 Budget Process Underway
The City is developing its budget for FY22, and residents are encouraged to follow and join in on the process. Review the executive summary of the proposed FY22 budget, or read the entire proposed FY22 budget. Public hearings for citizen comments will be held on Tues., Sept. 7 and Wed., Sept. 15, 6:30 p.m., at City Hall.  The new budget year begins October 1.
