The buyer was a partnership between Brian Martin and DDC, an Ohio based development company. The property will be developed for a 355 unit luxury apartment complex by Cortland from Atlanta. The property sold is part of a 123 acre property that has approvals from Osceola County for high density multi-family residential land use. The remainder of the property is under contract with a master developer. The property is located between Champions Gate and Reunion, and a new extension of Bella Cita Blvd is being designed by Osceola County to connect the remainder of the property to SR 429.
