The buyers, Jami Hanson, Taryn Christy and Sara Meyer, purchased the 4,592 SF, 0.21-acre property for $544,500. The property, a two-story brick building with a pool and separate rear house, is a historic building constructed in 1923 that was originally a single-family home. It was later converted to an office building. The new owners plan to convert it to a bed and breakfast. Kaisey Rosell of Collado Real Estate represented the buyers.
