TAMPA, FL – Memorial Hospital of Tampa announced Shumaker Partner Victoria Knight Alaee has been appointed to serve on the hospital’s Board of Trustees, where she will contribute to furthering the hospital’s mission to be the health care center of excellence, where based upon their respected values, they provide superior care and services, which will improve the quality of life for the people and communities they serve.

Born and raised in South Tampa, Victoria has a comprehensive legal background in business transactions, primarily focused on representing health care entities in various transactional matters. Throughout such representations, Victoria is recognized by her clients for her innovative and thorough approach.
Outside of her busy practice, she enjoys giving back to the community, including serving as a Guardian ad Litem for many years.
