Monroe Commerce Park was recently re-branded (formerly known as Monroe CommerCenter South) and is located at Church Street & Monroe Road, Sanford. The industrial park is 116,500 SF and is 90% leased.
Ligonier Ministries, Inc. signed a new lease for 4,000 SF at 655 Progress Way. Ligonier Ministries is a multi-media Christian outreach organization.
Hemera Holdings, Inc. originally leased 3,750 SF at 4168 Flex Court in December 2020. They are expanding into an additional 2,000 SF at 631 Progress Way for a total of 5,750 SF, as demand for their business is booming. Hemera Holdings is one of the largest suppliers of disposable medical supplies such as gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, etc. They were represented by Farah Novin of Coldwell Banker Realty.
Builder Services Group, Inc. renewed their lease of 5,625 SF at 4176 Flex Court. The company is based primarily in Daytona Beach – this is an adjunct location. The tenant was represented by Sarah Castor with Cresa.
