ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – June 1, 2021 – Pace Center for Girls (Pace), a nationally-recognized program that provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training and advocacy, has been selected as a beneficiary of Winn-Dixie’s Community Bag Program for the month of June.
Pace Center for Girls, Pinellas was selected by the store leadership at the Winn-Dixie located at 11100 4th Street North St. Petersburg, FL. Pace Center for Girls, Pinellas will receive a $1.00 donation every time the $2.50 reusable Community Bag is purchased at this location during the month of June.
“We’re honored to receive this support from the community through Winn-Dixie’s program,” said Chantell Miles, Executive Director of Pace Pinellas. “By purchasing Winn-Dixie’s reusable community bags customers are able to go green by eliminating single-use plastic and give back to a local nonprofit like Pace.”
