EmpowHERment is thrilled to host its First Annual HER Run 5k on Saturday, June 5. We invite everyone in the Tampa Bay area and beyond to walk, run or jog with us in person, or virtually, to benefit an incredible cause

Since the EmpowHERment Community Center (501c3) opened in November 2020, we have been working hard to establish women-centered programming. Our programs include one-to-one advocacy and support services, financial and professional skill development, and social meetings, like our weekly Single Mothers Support group and Painting & Healing classes, all of which are hosted at our community center.
Virtual participants are welcome to start at any location, and time, and share their post-run time and photo(s) on social media. In-person participants should meet at the EmpowHERment Community Center at 7:00 a.m. We will be starting early to beat the heat and coming back to the center for a fun post-run celebration with food, music and awesome vendors/sponsors.
All participants and community members are invited to the HER Run Celebration at the Community Center from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5. Join us at 13555 Automobile Blvd., Suite #300, Clearwater, FL 33762. The post-run event will feature vendors, food, refreshments and fun giveaways.
As we are still in a precarious time, the “Virtual” HER Run 5K offers the utmost safety and precaution. So, virtual participants are welcome to complete their 5K run, walk or jog safely distanced by joining virtually in a location of their choice.
The cost to register for the HER Run 5k is just $30.00. All HER Run proceeds will go towards our programs’ funding. Register using the link above.
