Coming Events at Nathan Benderson Park This weekend: Music and more musicThe Pops Orchestra, performing at Nathan Benderson Park, is proud to present the “High Five Pop Up Concert Series” featuring the String Quartet, Woodwind Quintet, and Brass Quintet from The Pops performing at 5:30 p.m. Saturday! Conductor Robyn Bell will lead you through a 60-minute show full of laughs, stories, and, of course, wonderful light classical, Broadway, film, and other popular music performed by the chamber music groups. This regatta is for International One-Meter remote-control sailboats. Boat inspections are at 1 p.m. Friday and operations will commence at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Summer camps are around the bend…Summer camp registration is now open! Kids ages 6-14 will make friends, learn skills and make lifetime memories. Our camps get better every year, and 2021 is no exception. Our camps are socially distanced, with all precautions in place including contactless drop-off and pickup.
