May 7, 2021 (Tampa, FL) – The Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors announced their annual Pinnacle Awards Ceremony, recognizing the area’s top commercial realtors. Awards are presented in multiple categories for both regional and national firms. Eshenbaugh Land Company is proud to announce that four of our team members received top Awards for 2020.
Eshenbaugh Land Company swept the board in the Top Regional Land Producer category, with Broker Michael Strahan, CCIM, ALC, MAB coming in at number one, Chris Bowers, CCIM coming in second, and Jack Koehler, CCIM, ALC placing third. The Top Producer awards are given annually to the agent with the highest transaction volume in each category.
Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC received Top Producer Award for the third highest volume of transactions for Regional Investments.
