NAPLES, FL (May 4, 2021) DeAngelis Diamond is pleased to announce the promotion of Kris Duran from Senior Project Manager to Executive Project Manager. In her new role, Kris will become the Operations lead for all Project Management in the Nashville Office leading multiple teams and projects at a time. She will be responsible for owner/client business relations, lead and train other project managers, and act as the liaison between the owner, client, architect, and DeAngelis Diamond.

Kris has completed over $900 million dollars in construction projects during her 20-year construction career. Kris is currently overseeing several DeAngelis Diamond projects including Capitol View F Block, the largest Downtown Nashville project to date, as well as Carroll at Cane Ridge, a large multifamily project that will include 19 buildings on 35 acres.
