Manatee Plaza to Undergo Renovation, Revitalization The Manatee Plaza Shopping Center at 713 S. Pinellas is under new ownership, and the owners are planning a complete renovation of the retail plaza. Restaurant Revitalization Fund The Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) is part of the federal American Rescue Plan Act, passed by Congress in March 2021. The RRF will offer $28.6 billion in grants to restaurants, bars, caterers, bakeries, and other related businesses hit hard by COVID-19. The application period is expected to open in late April or early May, and businesses are encouraged to start preparing the documentation now in advance of the program application announcement. Welcome New Businesses: Quirky Fork Euro Cafe and The Natural Apothecary The City is excited to welcome two new businesses: The Natural Apothecary at 509 Dodecanese Blvd., and the Quirky Fork Euro Cafe at 26 Hibiscus St. The Natural Apothecary offers handmade, clean, non-toxic health and wellness products. The Quirky Fork opens May 1 as a modern, European-style cafe featuring a coffee bar, pastries, and daily lunch and dinner features. |

Thanks to the Tarpon Springs Merchants Association and its members, a new Second Saturday Tarpon Springs Market debuts on May 8, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., featuring fresh produce, baked goods, and more.
