JACKSONVILLE – Settlers Preserve, a new single-family community created by Dream Finders Homes, has opened off of Exline and Taylor Field Roads in west Jacksonville.
With prices expected to start in the high $200,000s, the homes there will range from 1,711 to 2,714 square feet, and offer from three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, and two- or three-car garages, according to Brad Muston, Dream Finders’ Division President.
“We’re building 60 beautiful homes – several with preserve views – on spacious 60-foot-wide lots at Settlers Preserve,” Muston said. “Homebuyers can choose from nine different floor plans and then, with assistance from our talented designers, personalize their dream home with numerous finishes and upgrades.”
With close proximity to shopping at Oakleaf Plantation, the NASJAX Naval base and Fleming Island, Settlers Preserve is the perfect location for many. The community also offers quick access to Interstate 295 for a short drive to either downtown Jacksonville or historic Riverside, Muston said.
Settlers Preserve is expected to open for sales by late spring, he said, adding that new homes currently are being sold from Dream Finders Homes’ nearby Wilford Preserve community.
