Brooksville, Florida (April 7, 2021) — Oak Hill Hospital announces the appointment of Lauren Davis, RN, BSN, ACM, CER, as Director of Case Management. Mrs. Davis will lead a team of case managers who ensure that patients are admitted and transitioned to the appropriate level of care, have an effective plan of care and are receiving prescribed treatment, and have an advocate for services and plans needed during and after their stay.
Mrs. Davis comes to Oak Hill Hospital from Medical Center of Trinity, a HCA Healthcare facility, where she served as Manager of Case Management. Prior to that role, Mrs. Davis served as a case manager, a clinical documentation specialist, and emergency department nurse. She is an Accredited Case Manager (ACM) as well as an InterQual Certified Expert Resource (CER).
Mrs. Davis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Pasco-Hernando State College, where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.
