St. Petersburg – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Health Care Group with the addition of Danielle M. Gruber. Danielle will be based out of the firm’s St. Petersburg office. Danielle holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Florida State University and a J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, she was active in Stetson Law Review, serving as Assistant Executive Editor as well as on the Article Selection Committee. In addition, she served on the Moot Court Board and took part in several Moot Court competitions.
At Johnson Pope, Danielle will focus on health care mergers and acquisitions; compliance; licensure; Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance company audits;, and other health care regulatory and business matters.
